Terms and Conditions


1. In tendering this shipment, the Shipper agrees to these Conditions of Contract, which no agent or employee of the parties may alter, he should agrees to all various routes and deviation, which can include the possibility that the shipment may be carried through the intermediary shopping places by CSS.


a.       CSS shall have the right to dispose the Shipment for all customs duties, advances freight charges, or other charges commencing out of the transportation hereunder and may refuse to abandon the Shipment till the time those charges are paid. By the time the entire amount of payment from the Consignee is received, CSS has the right to make every reasonable effort to lien, or should be paid the charges by the Shipper.

b.      CSS has the authority to unfasten and examine a Shipment without notifying the Shipper or the Consignee.


3. Circumstances beyond CSS’s Control

CSS is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond CSS’s control, which includes Natural Accidents- e.g., earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog; “Force Majeure”- e.g. war, pane crash or embargo; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the Shipment, even if known to CSS; riot or civil commotion; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by CSS e.g. Shipper, Consignee, third party, customs or other government official.

Note: Accidents mentioned above are not limited to this; it can be anything else as well.


4. Claim

All claims must be submitted in written to CSS by the shipper within thirty (30) days from the date that CSS accepted, if fail CSS would not have any liability whatsoever.

b. Any claim for loss or damage will not be entertained till the time all transportation charges have been paid .The amount of any such claim may not be taken off from any transportation charges owned to CSS.


5. Warsaw Convention

Warsaw Convention dictate and usually bounds CSS’s responsibility for loss or damage .The claim amount for parcel shipment based on the customs value declares in the waybill, but less than USD100 each.



6. CSS attempts to store Your Data in a way that assures security against unofficial access, alteration or deletion, at a level corresponding with its sensitivity.


7. The services of CSS contains receiving the Member's mail and commodity, sorting it, packing it, transporting it to the Member's country and transfering it to the Member's designated local address during regular business days. 

8. Any accusation caused directly from this activity, such as taxes, customs duties and service fees currently in effect or set up in the future, would be the liablity of the CSS Member.

9. CSS stores the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, modify, or otherwise change this contract of terms and condition anyday and anytime. In that case this is a request to review the terms and conditions repeatedly. Your regular use of the CSS site and following the postings of changes and/or modifications will comprise your acceptance of the re-terms and conditions.

10. The activity which unauthorised is strictly not prohibited by CSS. Any legal fees arouse by CSS assuring the laws of China against a customer or potential customer will be the financial duty of the customer. Read the below mentioned points regarding concession and compensation 

11. All the members of CSS have the responsibility for and guarantess its agreement with all suitable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not necesarily limited to the mentioned, the export laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which the CSS Member shipment may be carried. This authority includes, without limitation, concluding any and all suitable license requirements, including without limitation China Department of Commerce export licenses, China Department of State export licenses and any and all import license requirements of the destination country, and obtaining same. The CSS Member complies and approves that the Member can buy any and all merchandise from China sellers under an ex works agreement and that the CSS Member gets ready to provide such information and finish and attach such documents as necessary to be compatible with any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations, including notifying China Principal Party In Interest, as defined by China Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations, in every transaction produced by the consignee whois going to collect and provide to CSS all required information for export purposes from China Principal Party in Interest including without limitation the Export Control Classification Number and others.

12. CSS members would be responsible for any charges produced directly from the activity such as taxes, customs duties and service fees which are in effect in curretnt time or going to be settled in the future.


13. CSS as per the rules of government will not ship to the countries which are embargoed. Its been decided from time to time by China government, so CSS is not going to ship to those countries to which exports are banned or subject to heightened scrutiny.


14. Additional time for clearence would be required for some Shipments which will contain goods or products that are regulated by multiple government agencies within the destination country or within China, including but not limited, the Department of Commerce, the Department of State, and comparable agencies in the destination country. The CSS Member is liable to make sure that goods shipped internationally are compatible for exports from China and impor to the destination country. All charges for shipment to CSS  and to and return from countries where export from China or import to the destination country is not allowed are the Member's sole duty. CSS assumes no liability for shipments abandoned in customs, and such shipments may be considered undeliverable


15. CSS reserves the right to reject, hold or return any shipment and may do so at its sole concern and without any responsibility to CSS. CSS  may, at its sole discretion, use and implement that right when (but not limited to cases in which):

(1) the shipment may cause damage or delay to other shipments, property or personnel;

 (2) the shipment is likely to sustain damage or loss in transit because of improper packaging or otherwise;

 (3) the shipment contains any restricted items;

 (4) the profile of the person or account responsible for payment is not in good credit standing; or

 (5) when receiving of the shipment may put at risk to CSS ability to provide service to other customers. CSS has no responsibility whatsoever for refusal or rejection of shipments.

CSS reserves the right to terminate an CSS Member's access to and use of the CSS systems for any reason, including if CSS  in its sole discretion believes that (1) the system is being used for an unofficial and unauthorised purpose or a purpose not permitted by CSS, or (2) CSS or a third party's rights are being put at risk, or (3) CSS or any third party is potentially exposed to responsibility or destroy of any type, or (4) the CSS Member is violating the any applicable agreement between CSS and the CSS Member. Nothing herein shall be construed to revise, amend or otherwise revise any of Member's obligations under this Agreement; further, nothing herein going to limit or otherwise abrogate any of Member's indemnification obligations below.



16. The Member of CSS agrees that the prior arrangements are a material incentive to CSS to enter into this Agreement and the transactions planned and designed hereby, and going to survive by the termination of this Agreement.


17. Members of CSS must hire CSS as the agent for the CSS Member for the performance of customs clearance, preparation of shipping documents, with complete power of attorney to act to such an extent which is allowed by law for the specific purposes listed in this Section, including, not limited to, preparation of a certificate of origin, an SED, airway bill or any other document required to ship merchandise to Member. If a Shipper's Export Declaration (S.E.D.) is required, or preparation of a Certificate of Origin for goods manufactured and originating within the China on behalf of the CSS Member when one is required, CSS has the right to file such required export information on behalf of the shipper as its agent agreeable to this section. The CSS Member must approve that it has a task to be completed and is solely responsible for endowing all the data required by China's laws and regulations, and maintaining all records as required under the customs or other government agency laws; CSS assumes no responsibility to act as a record-keeper or record-keeping agent for the Member.

18. CSS in any case, will not and will never take part in any transaction directly or indirectly, which can involve any belonging, software or technology (which can collectively referred to as any "item") exported or to be exported from China. CSS is going to take all precautionary methods and makes sure to put every possible effort to fully comply with all the laws and regulations governing international trade. Listed below are the things which are non-exclusive samples of items that are either not allowed, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:

a)      Ignitable/Explosive items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail paints) 

b)      Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type) 

c)      Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives) 

d)      Revolvers, any weapons and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), projectiles for weaponary, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment. 

e)      Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants and seeds. 

f)        Coffee 

g)      Perishable foods 

h)      Animals and products made with animal skin (furs) 

i)        Alcohol (CSS can ship table wine in limited quantities to most countries except Muslim countries such asSaudi Arabia) 

j)        Cash, currency, money orders, cashiers' checks, bank drafts, bearer bonds and collectible stamps and coins. Jewelry and precious stones are (a) not allowed to some countries and (b) can only be insured up to maximum $500 and any shipments of jewelry in excess of $500 carriage limit is uninsured and shipper can assume all risk of loss above such limit 

k)      Lottery tickets and gambling devices 

l)        Prescription and/or veterinary medication 

m)    Pornography 

n)      Lock-picking devices 

o)     Government IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to, government identification documents. This includes uniforms and badges or patches designed to look like official government issue.


19. All the Terms and Conditions stated above belong to CSS, which is going to be the terms of the contract between the shipper and CSS. The shipper has to accept these Terms and Conditions while ordering the services of CSS.










"Shipment” means: All documents or parcel that travel under one way bill and which may be carried by any means CSS chooses.


Unacceptable Shipment” means:

●it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous, goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association),ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization),any applicable government department or other relevant organization.

●no customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations.

●CSS decides it cannot transport an item safely or legally(such items include but are not limited to : animals, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious, metals and stones, firearms, parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs)
